How to Commission an Original Artwork
If we are going to create a portrait of one or more of your horses, think about the following:
The horse you want me to paint or sculpt
What size of artwork you love living with the most
Your budget and desired time of delivery
(plan ahead if the painting will be given as a gift or award at an event)
If the artwork will go in a specific location, send a photo of the room, especially if there is a certain light quality that you want to take advantage of.
If you prefer certain colours or if you have an attraction to a particular gemstone, let's talk about that too!
It is my joy and intention to create an artwork for you that will add enjoyment to your life every day.
The paintings you see on my website are created by getting to know a particular horse, then using my own sketches, videos and photographs.
Commission work often involves working with clients long distance. In this case, you can send me your video and photographs of your horse to use as reference material. Please be sure to provide information about your horse's personality and your ideas and preferences for your painting.
Commissioned paintings are 500 square inches and larger.
